Deerfield Beach, Fla.- (Dec. 2009)- Gallo Architects & Development Consultants, Inc., an architecture, interior design and consulting firm headquartered in South Florida, announced they will begin doing business as Gallo Herbert Lebolo at the end of June 2009.

In past years, the firm has taken on new partners and the fictitious name change was added to better represent the three owners: William J. Gallo, AIA; Brian P. Herbert, AIA, ID, LEED® AP; and Emilio Lebolo III. The company will continue to focus on the core elements of its success: architecture, interiors and consulting.

“We are really excited about the firm’s new chapter and look forward to the future,” said William Gallo, CEO/Chairman of Gallo Herbert Lebolo.

Founded by William J. Gallo, AIA, in 1988, the firm first opened its doors as the Gallo Group and worked in collaboration with affiliated construction and development companies. In 1995, the Gallo Group was incorporated as Gallo Architects & Development Consultants, Inc. and had various award-winning projects including the 2004 Fort Lauderdale Community Appearance Award for the Historic Stranahan Museum Administrative Offices; the 1998 American Society of Interior Designers for Best Commercial Interior Award for Nova Southeastern University Sheppard Broad Law Center Renovations; and the 1998 Construction Association of South Florida Award for Best Overall Design and Craftsmanship on a Residential Project for his own residence in Lighthouse Point.

Currently, Gallo Herbert Lebolo is designing the Banquet Hall and Food Service inside Florida Atlantic University’s College of Engineering in Boca Raton. The project is a registered project seeking LEED Platinum certification. The firm is also working on an Outtakes food service area at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, and recently completed designs for the Ft. Lauderdale Art Museum on behalf of Nova Southeastern University.
